I create calming, supportive spaces where your body can soften, your energy can realign, and your true self can shine.

After years of living in “go mode” and giving my power away, I turned inward and found the peace, clarity, and self-worth that had been within me all along. Now, I guide others through their own healing journey using crystal alchemy sound baths, Reiki, and heart-centered practices that support emotional release, stress relief, and deep relaxation.

I offer in-person sessions in Neptune City, New Jersey (inside Above the Clouds Spa), as well as virtual sound healing sessions and monthly group sound baths in Tinton Falls.
