For much of my life, I looked outside of myself for answers. I cared deeply about how other people felt, what they thought, and how they responded. Without realizing it, I became very good at adjusting, overthinking, and trying to keep everything around me okay.

Over time, I began learning something different: I didn’t need more answers outside of myself. I needed enough quiet to hear what was already within me.

That realization has become the heart of Sunshine for the Soul.

One of the things people have shared with me again and again is that they feel safe and supported in my presence. That means so much to me, because creating that kind of space is at the heart of the work I do.

Through group sound baths, private experiences, and The Inner Return™, I create space for people to slow down, notice what they’re feeling, and reconnect with their own inner guidance.

My work also has a spiritual foundation. I work with divinely infused angelic energies, inviting their presence and support into the experiences I guide. You don’t need to share my beliefs to be welcomed here. There is room for your own beliefs and your own experience.

My intention isn’t to tell you what your answers are.

It’s to create the space for you to hear your own.
