I help people reconnect with the wisdom of their own hearts. As a certified sound healer, Karuna Reiki® Master, and lifelong nurturer (including being a mom to four grown children), I create sacred, supportive spaces where your nervous system can soften, your energy can realign, and your true self can shine through.
After years of living in “go mode” and giving my power away, I finally turned inward—and found the peace, clarity, and worth that were within me all along. Now, I guide others through their own remembering with love, presence, and the healing power of sound and energy.
Whether we’re together in a 1:1 session, on Zoom, at a sound bath party, or you're listening to one of my recorded meditations, my intention is always the same: to help you feel safe, seen, and supported. I also weave Lotus Wei floral essences into every session—intuitively chosen blends that support emotional balance and vibrational alignment. These powerful plant allies continue working long after our time together, anchoring your healing throughout the day. I also offer custom energy mists and oils for personal use. Clients often say I bring a calming presence, gentle strength, and the feeling of coming home.
