Upcoming Sound Bath Experience : Saturday, November 14 - 1pm -2pm

A space to come back to yourself.

Life can get loud.

Between responsibilities, expectations and caring for everyone around you, it’s easy to lose touch with what you’re feeling and what you need.

A sound bath offers you a gentle pause—a space to quiet the outside noise, settle into your body and reconnect with yourself.

You don’t need to fix anything or become someone new.

You simply need space to listen to what’s already within you.

What to expect during a sound bath.

Your experience begins with a gentle guided meditation to help you settle into the space and arrive in the present moment.

You’ll then rest comfortably as Heather plays Crystal Tones® alchemy singing bowls and other intentional instruments, with Reiki woven throughout the experience.

There is no right or wrong way to receive the sound. You may feel deeply relaxed, notice emotions, see colors or images, experience a wandering mind or even fall asleep.

Whatever you experience, you’re invited to let it be entirely your own.
